Could you commit the llama3 style prompt data scripts

Hi, jondurbin
this code only can generate v0.5, which is adapter for the llama2 prompt format.
I found the llama3 style prompt is released: jondurbin/bagel-llama-3-v1.0.
So, could you please submit the latest code:)
