Let users provide partial schemes to fill with varvamp

Not exactly easy to implement, but I think this could be a nice enhancement for a future release.

Jup, good further advancment. But likely not so super straight forward to implement. Somehow we would need to check how good the qPCR probe or flanking primers actually fit to the alignment and where external primers would bind.
