Questions

1. Is anyone having an issue with the front and rear base having a gap that is larger at the bottom?
2. Related: have you had any issues with the Core case body assembly? Did everything align okay?
3. Is there anything you'd like in the documentation that is not there?
4. Is there anything you'd like to see done differently in the documentation?

Known Issues

• Need to check on open fit tests.
• Beta documentation links to GitHub don't work (the links point to the main branch). Fixed.
• Assembly is missing a warning about grounding the frame. Fixed.
• Documentation needs a page on upgrading and compatibility between versions.
• Some pages are only partially updated in style (particularly the Guided Tour and BOM). Fixed.
• I have not made a new stackable lid to mate with the new bottom panels. I use the stackable lids, so it will be resolved before release.
• Some doc pages still have "TODO" for steps. Fixed.

Updates

• The documentation site is now versioned. You can switch between versions from the drop-down box next to "OmniBox Documentation" at the top.
  • The most recent stable release (currently 0.9.8) is always tagged as 'Latest'.
  • The next release in-progress (currently 0.9.9) is labeled 'Testing'.
  • The previous beta documentation site (OmniBox-docs) redirects to the correct documentation on the new, versioned site.
• I've added a 'Sponsor' button that links to a Ko-fi page. I'm not leading with this because I don't want to make a fuss, but help is appreciated with filament and other related costs. That's all I'm going to say about it here.

Assembly Documentation

• Assembly steps and materials are all bare-bones documented.
• Media should be working/accurate, including assembly videos.
• There is still plenty of verbiage missing.

General Documentation

• Both new and old documentation versions share a style now.
• I removed most tables from the documentation and replaced them with lists and section headings where feasible.
  • Table entries can't produce table of contents entries/anchors. :-(
  • The new layout is smoother to read.
• I'm also sprinkling in buttons for most-used links with entries.
• With the use of illustrative pictures everywhere, I've taken out the character boxes used for identifying parts.
  • There's an illustration of the relevant part in every section throughout the site now.
  • If any section is missing one, please report it as an issue.
• Links that leave the site have icon tags now.
  • Shopping links have a shopping cart, GitHub links the git logo, and so on.
  • Not all links are tagged yet.
