Adding constant to value sent to mqtt

I have a new water meter with zero state. Previous state was 767. How I can add constant to value, which is sent to mqtt / domoticz? I want to continue mettering.

I am no expert. But I am quite sure you would have to perform any data "correction" on your server. Best
