Wrong value found

The Problem

Hello,
in my system i have 2 ROI.
Main+decimal
main is setup for the first 3 digit
decimal is setup for the last 3 digit after dot

Now if i understand the OCR output is correct but the final value not corresponding.
It's a bug or my mystake?
