"Loading version" after upgrade from 12.0.1

The Problem

Coming from the version 12.0.1 I upgraded to the version 13.08
After automatic reboot, the system is frozen in "Loading version"

The firmware failed to get updated (it is still on 12.0.1 according to the log).
Just try to install it again (see release notes)
