Make it compatible with Spree 1.0-stable

Great extension!
Are you currently working on making it compatible with Spree 1.0 (namespacing being the biggest change)?

If not i'm tempted to do so.

Hello,

thanks for your interest! I am currently at spreeconf 2012 in NYC, but I
will be porting it to 1.0 starting next week. If you would like to help in
the porting process or by adding features once at v1.0, I would be happy to
pull in your changes. I still need to write some tests for the extension,
but it is progressing nonetheless.
