Add Support for Guillotine Leagues

Guillotine Leagues are not currently supported in leeger and adding support for them could be useful.

Per a guillotine league user:

I think it would be interesting to identify FAAB details over time for particular players, positions, at what point of the season etc.

I'm also curious to see a net point differential between a player purchased vs who they dropped.
