Outline Claim/Link/Source Being Edited

Currently, when you are editing a claim/link/source it is impossible to tell which one you are editing, besides perhaps the text/content of the claim. We should add some kind of outline or indicator on the thing being edited, that way if someone walks away from their computer they don't have to try to remember what they were doing when they come back

If you want to use an outline, take a look at the link & combine premise tools. they already implement a an outline of sorts. Be careful not to overlap the link and DP outlines with the edit outline
