GraalVM native-image support

Could you add support for graalvm native-image to support JNA's constant resolution?

The asinine thing is that ConstantSet:143 swallows the ClassNotFoundException exception so that I can't figure out what classes to whitelist for reflection.

Hey I missed this but would still love to improve support for GraalVM. Not sure what to do!
