[CLI] Allow to customize output sample rate

This is a feature request for the cli interface.
Can you add a parameter to allow to customize the output sample-rate when using the cli?

Thanks for the suggestion, this definitely makes sense to add. I'm not sure exactly when I'll find time to implement this, but in the meantime you can try using something like sox to do the sample rate conversion afterwards.

I was planning to use the dasp crate to do this (and also a bunch of cleanup at the same time), but it turns out that they don't yet support choosing the number of channels at runtime... I'm going to try to get that fixed, but this will be blocked in the meantime.
