I'm seeking comprehensive guidance on the recommended and most robust way to implement per-client dynamic tool discovery in FastMCP. My goal is to have my FastMCP server expose different sets of tools to different clients based on a custom header (e.g., Client-ID) included in their requests. This functionality is crucial for use cases such as multi-tenant applications or role-based tool access. aiming for a multi-tenant-like behaviuor from a single server.
