How to use get_http_headers when headers are dynamic in nature for each api calls when registering tools using from_openapi

I read the issues and few places it is mentioned could get the thing to work or maybe i don't understand it well enough on how to use this feature of get_http_headers dynamically for each request that comes into my MCP server that got started from openapi spec. Can someone help in adding any insight, demo code on how it works? Thanks in advance
