Integrate FastMCP tools on ollama remote client

Hi, i searched in various documentation and articles on the net, but I did not find any way to use the tools created by the FastMCP server from an Ollama client (remote client and not local), the structure required by the latter is different from that provided by the client.list_tools() command.
Do you know if there is any way to do this?
