Not able to start

Hello,

I'm trying to create a hipchat plugin which does not need any server (like redis) to be kept started continuously as explained in https://developer.atlassian.com/hipchat/tutorials/getting-started-with-atlassian-connect-express-node-js and the plugin can be available in Atlassian Marketplace.
I don't have much idea about it so please guide me.
