tRPC v11 support

tRPC v11 has just been released. I've tried upgrading my project to use it but it seems like there's a compatibility issue with trpc-chrome. The surface level error that I get is:

runtime.transformer is undefined

I'm thinking that this has to do with https://trpc.io/docs/migrate-from-v10-to-v11#transformers-moved. I haven't dug into the details so this is merely a guess.

I've done some more digging and I'm starting to get a better picture of what v11 compatibility entails. That being said, I'm starting to see that this is going quite a bit over my head. Just to be clear, while I'm looking into this, I don't think that I'm in a position where I can do this migration.

Overarching changes

• Migrate to typescript v5.7.2+: https://trpc.io/docs/migrate-from-v10-to-v11#typescript-version-572-is-now-required-non-breaking
• AnyRouter, AnyProcedure and ProcedureType are deprecated

chromeLink changes

• Change chromeLink to take a transformer option. This used to be available on the runtime argument. Looks like tRPC now expects links to take their own transformer option: https://trpc.io/docs/migrate-from-v10-to-v11#transformers-moved

createChromeHandler changes

• NodeHTTPCreateContextOption (createContext) now takes in a new info option.
• router.getErrorShape no longer exists
