手动指定网关(单臂路由)后，启动系统TTS转发后，一直显示在加载，在PC上使用KOODO Reader无法正常启用

例如 PC网关 192.168.123.2 手机网关:192.168.123.2（无法使用）
例如 PC网关 192.168.123.2 手机网关:192.168.123.1（正常使用）
