Check what is possible regarding SoE (Safety over Ethercat)

SoE is not used by a big amount of ethercat device, so this feature is not a priority at all.

Safety concerns might also be a problem on computers and in a library where we strive to have flexibility, modularity and do whatever we want with the information received ... would it be compatibly with safety norms ?
