Feat: Connect to external server

Is it possible to connect to a external whisper-server instance that is running on another machine?
It would be nice to have this as a frontend GUI in a docker container.
Maybe having an option like "--proxy" or something like that so that it will use the external instance.
I like running my GUI frontend on a separate server from the backend, for separation of concerns (frontend <-> backend).
