text orientation in custom shape

Hello,
i am describing custom shapes. In the shape i use placeholder texts for Data. When i mirror my shape the text is also mirrored and not readable anymore. Sadly i couldn't find a way to mirror the text inside the shape or give a parameter so that the text "orientation" remains the same. Is there a Parameter i can use or are there workarounds to get my desired output (see picture)?
