Publish permission and related file

Hi, I have used draw.io to create a figure used in my paper. The editor requests me to provide permission for publiciation in draw.io so I can use them. Would you please share any thoughts about it and where I can find such permission? Thank you.

Here is the request:
Please provide us with more information on the creation of Figure/Panel. Was this image and every element of this image created by you and/or your co-Authors? Was it created using any previously-created elements? If the image is from a database please supply proof of permission for its use (receipt, express permission from creator, confirmation of compatible Open Access license or Public Domain).

Thanks, I have read... But the editor does not satisfy it after sending readme file to them and I do not know why. It will be great if you have anything like documents.
