What happen with the top bar tools?

I just figure out that the UI changed. Now we have a new 'top tool bar'.

But now im finding that there are less tools, there are just the tools to add new forms, but formerly we had tools like setup the general behavoir of the diagram lines, fill out a selected form...

Is there a way to get back all the tools on the new interface?
