Arrow "cutting through"

Let's assume I place a yellow square above a blue square, and connect the top of the blue square to the bottom of the yellow square. Now I move the yellow square to the bottom. The arrow still points to the bottom of the yellow square, therefore now "cutting through" it. Is it possible to make it so the arrow will move together with the square, always going for the "shortest route" according to the orientation of the two shapes?
