Make it easier to find "gridSteps"

Yes. Changing a basic settings required too much effort. According to:
#1249
I should have found this in Extras -> Configuration

Just click Extras > Configuration in the diagrams.net editor and you will
see the default

  "gridSteps": 4
}

but in my case (Mac OS, draw.io 26.2.2) the Extras->Configuration was completely empty.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make the setting discussed here "#1249" easier to find.
