Let choose default jiggle in global stye

It would be handy to be able to choose default jiggle in global style. Currentlly it is possible to set sketch mode and rounded but if you want jiggle=1 you have to select all elements and apply jiggle property every time you add new shapes.
As a workaround it is possible to set custom jiggle on a shape and set it as default style but this will apply all other style settings too.
