Nothing is ever saved on our servers. https://www.drawio.com/trust/ does apply to the usage on app.diagrams.net.
We do not.
This is not correct, our servers are given no permissions, it is a client-side app. |

We are using the free service available at https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/drawio/671128082532 within our Google Workspace for Education domain, and have some questions regarding GDPR (see image)
What data about our users is "saved" on your servers when using the service?
I understand that the app needs permission to "run" on your servers, and that some information needs to be read and written to the user's Google account. (See image)
However, based on your document at https://www.drawio.com/trust/, you describe a "customer relationship" regarding how you handle personal data when contacting you, or if you use any commercial service with you.
It is unclear if this document also applies to the use of the free service via Google Workspace for Education.
Do you have any other document regarding the use of the "draw.io service" via Google Workspace?
