Automate the generation of graphs using CODE (programming)?

Hello,

It is possible to automate the generation of graphs with a code?

Let me explain, let's say you got your favorite graphs in the "scratchpad", but you would like to change the "value" of the "texts" shown in thes graphics.
Would it possible to :
1- Summon the graphic you want, with a programm
2- Replace the text with a text you want
3- Modify the graphic a little bit (expand some item or duplicate an item like having 2 triangles inside a square instead of one or something)
4- Finally, print it as a jpg or some image format

All of that through a program?
