Guide lines usage

Hi all,

I was using draw.io v9 (old version) and now switched to v28 (latest version). In some cases guides are not visible.

1. If I am trying to place a small circle over a big rectangle, it shows center guides. No issues
2. If I am grouping three small circles and trying to place over a big rectangle, it is not showing the guides.
3. If I am selecting the rectangle and group it, the guides are showing. But after placing the circle group in rectangle, guides are not visible for further movements.

Is this intentional?
