Error Loading File: Not a diagram file (error on line 1164 at column 1279301: AttValue: ' expected)

When I tried to open the draw.io file, I met this problem.

And I've tried to copy the .bkp file under the same folder and rename to .drawio, but the new file is blank.

How to resolve this, please help.

What drawio version did you save the file with? Are you saving to a local folder that is sync'ed to a cloud drive?

1. I looked up in the "help" and it says v28.0.6.
2. I am opening with the file is saved locally and not synced to the cloud.

Updated: I tried to create a new blank file and import the original draw.io file. It successed but only the first page from the original file was imported.
