installation ERROR of openFaaS in GCP

While I am trying to install openfaas in gcp -gks by using the command below
arkade install openfaas

i am getting the error like this
Error: fork/exec /root/.arkade/bin/helm: permission denied

what is the reason and how to resolve it .................??
