seti-syntax color theme is not working.

I am fan of this theme exactly for below picture color .

But I am upset I am not getting this color. I am getting below screenshot color. Very upset. Alongside, I tried to change the theme color like yellow, pink etc. But none worked except blue. How can I get the above screenshot color? Awaiting for kind response with advise.
