Alert notification based on Kibana dashboard

I have a dashboard containing some API's and metrics like failure %, Total hits, Total Failure etc.
I need to set an alert based on failure %, tried many rules but not working.
The API' are filtered from many servers seggregated in a single dashboard

Show some examples of the rules you've tried. And also show some Elastic event examples illustrating how the failure % is derived.
