Show User ID

Instead of only showing a generated name such as "Enthusiastic Dingo", also show the users ID "30051555-3155-4d38-ae96-1323a85e903d" and this can be displayed fully when you click on it but will show the shortened version like this "300...03d" otherwise.

Also not sure how "Enthusiastic Dingo" is generated when i export and import my data into another browser.

The user ID passed to https://github.com/jeremyckahn/fun-animal-names to be rendered as a stable friendly name.
