Can not able to teach HmIP-HAP as reapeter to RaspberryMatic.

Version : 3.79.6.20250220
Hardware: Raspberrypi5 model B
Environment : Docker container
Radio module: HmIP-RF-USB

Hii! I am new to use raspberryMatic. I want to add the HmIP-HAP to extend the range and to teach and communicate with HmIP devices. I have read and implemented the steps described here : https://github.com/jens-maus/RaspberryMatic/wiki/Tipps . I am still not able to teach HmIP-HAP to raspberrymatic. I do not hahve the internet connection to raspberrymatic, so I am teaching devices with Key and SGTIN. It is working with other HmIP devices but not with HAP. Any one has some ideas which I can implement to solve this?

Also the second thing to discuss is I do not have the internet connection to raspberrymatic, although my raspberrpi is connected to wifi. I think it because of I am using it via docker container. Is there any way to solve that?
