You have selected that you have installed the "ova" version of RaspberryMatic in your ProxmoxVE system, however the install-proxmox.sh script together with the update option is only required if you have installed RaspberryMatic as a LXC (!) container in your Proxmox Environment. Thus, you are using the wrong way to update your RaspberryMatic VM. For a normal RaspberryMatic VM you just update the system like you would do it with a real system: Log into the WebUI and use the normal update procedures in the web interface of RaspberryMatic!
