version 3.69.6-3 on odroid c4

I have a problem with 3.69.6-3. It won't start. Is stop with "Please wait. You will automatically be redirected to the home page.". Installing 3.67.10 I had no problem. Anyone else?

Anything relevant on a connected HDMI monitor? You can connect a keyboard and then press ALT+F2 during bootup to switch to the text console and see the bootup messages and perhaps also some error output there.

The HDMI output stops giving signal when I press nothing. I see an error ReGaHss??? For testing purposes I removed everything. So no USB antenne.

This is intentionally to disable the HDMI output after a while of no activity so that RF interferences are reduced potentially coming from the HDMI port.

I just fired up my ODROID C4 testsystem and could reproduce the problem. There indeed seems to be an issue with the ODROID C4 build in version 3.69.6.20230407. So please file a tickt/issue on github so that I can take care of it ASAP.
