Feature Request: Rules for Video/Audio Specs

Much like the XMBC/Kodi plugin of old, having the ability to set rules based on the specs of the media being played (resolution, framerate, audio codec, etc) would be a very nice feature to have.

This would be critical for both audio and video components as most displays and most audio output devices will have a short time of switching over to match the source content which in many cases results in a black screen and or no audio during that switch and the media will start playing anyways.

I support this! Was thinking of this this morning, I feel like adding the tags for the codecs, is going to cause conflict
