Can play only once

Summary

After stopping the playback of a file, I cannot playback anything until I exit and re-open Kodi. I'm getting the "Playback failed : One or more items failed to play" message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Kodi
2. Play a movie/tv episode file
3. Press stop
4. Re-open the same file, or open another one
5. Playback failed message appears
