UnityCache DB is not created

When using the React control I don't see UnityCache being created, which leads to slower load time. It works fine with the same build and the html page created from Unity

Adding this to the config seems to do the trick:
streamingAssetsUrl: "StreamingAssets",
companyName: "Simply Flows",
productName: "Tangra"
