Generate swagger document for exposed REST API

As we are generating REST API on top of DB, it will very beneficial to expose swagger document so that is can consumed by langchain openapi NLA : https://python.langchain.com/docs/integrations/toolkits/openapi_nla 


In this way langchain can query the db using NLA
