the great nuxtification

currently development has slowed to a crawl because we have to write on top of messy code

the plan is to migrate to nuxt.js for the frontend

• wait for nuxt 3 (not sure yet)
• wait for github to respond to name request (so that we don't have to change the name locally later)
• this repo will become the backend and will be called something like wasteof-api
• it will be moved to the org
• a new repo will be made and it will be called something like wasteof-www or wasteof-nuxt
• all frontend code will be stripped from this repo, and it will become only for the backend
• this repo will be up at api.wasteof.money
• the frontend will be rewritten in nuxt+tailwind, which will allow us to implement portions of @sargent-coding's awesome designs
• the frontend will be up at wasteof.money
