Jar Jar event bugged

The jar jar event is bugged where jar jar does not get his unique ability and most importantly does not get his 1000% evasion. This makes tier 4 almost impossible because darth maul will one shot jar jar with his aoe and his basic. I tried the event for 2.5-3 hours and only had 1 run get close with extremely good rng and I still lost because darth maul finally hit jar jar.
