[Q] How to create custom deck from CLI

I'm currently interested in writing an mse to tts exporter and coincidentally this tool might just be able to do that for me (no need for me to program it myself woohoo). In my code I can output a directory of all card images, and I can write text with count imagePath and Cardname for full deck.

However I'm not sure how to export that to a savedObject with tts-deckconverter CLI, since the doc only explains how to do it in GUI.

Help would be much appreciated.
