Randomly "Permanent failure" appears on kodi.log..............it's someone have recently obtain a similar issue ?? How i can fix ? #879

The portion of kodi log when try to open a video......... it's not important if it's a live stream or if it's a "normal video"

All it's result unplayable....... for fix it i have to reboot many and sometime many other times kodi.
When all youtube video it's unplayable i have tryed to open a livestream on twitch (i suppose also here dash it's been used) and here it's works..............
It's a bug ?? It's a know issue ?
