Error when retrieving transcript: "no element found: line 1, column 0"

Over the last few days, I am not able to use this package to retrieve any transcripts. I have tried to implement different methods including proxies, moving location, trying to retrieve videos in my country, and retry logics. None of these are working at the moment. I am simply receiving the same error below:

Transcript not available for cLltvftXjMY: no element found: line 1, column 0

For reference, if I check which transcripts are available for a given video id, it does display this, but is not fetching that transcript.

Wondering if others are experiencing similar problems recently and what has worked to try and resolve this? Thanks.
