Websocket queued EVENT's limit

How can I protect router from malicious subscriber not reading incoming EVENTs?
Publisher can't publish new EVENTs when one of subscribers not reading it (and network buffers is filled up)

Crossbar.io & bonefish routers have similar issue - crossbario/crossbar#874
