An alternative to turnpike

Hey guys, I see some activity here, issues PR etc. Due to being forced to use the only available library with go for WAMP and it not working really well, I had to create another library which will be maintained. I copied the git history to https://github.com/gngeorgiev/gowamp and fixed some issues, mostly with the concurrent map writes which would cause a lot of server crashes. I would suggest to you all to submit any further feedback in that repo since I will be actively maintaining it from now on.

The original maintainer (@jcelliott) isn't maintaining this much, but I've been making some fixes on my branch. I'm using this in production, so I'm very interested in helping out.

How much time are you able to dedicate to maintaining this? If you're willing to maintain it full time, then I can mark this repository as depricated on the README and point to yours. If you're not willing to maintain it full time, but you're willing to work on it a bit in the short term future, I can make you a contributor to this repository (or my fork).

Sorry about lack of maintenance, I've been swamped with project deadlines and whatnot. I get swamped periodically when deadlines come up, but in the mean time I'm willing to maintain it.

I wrote quite a bit of the code here, so I probably know it better than most, however since I can't devote time every day (maybe a few days a month at best), I'm willing to do what I can to promote a successor.

Let me know! For now, I'll try to keep up with merging in your changes.
