Add a copy of `.git_archival.txt` to support Git archive installs

Are you okay with punting this out into the next version? I'd like to create a 7.5.2 milestone and put this there if that's okay.

I read up a bit on this when you first filed it, and it seemed simple, but I'd like to scope down 7.5.1 so that we can get it finished and I've forgotten the details here.

re: milestones — I think we should cut new releases as soon as we feel there's something worthy of putting out there. If a milestone isn't complete, it's fine to push everything into the next one w/o hesitation. Unless you feel there's something really important to include that could be a blocker.

Okay, it's a little OT but I'd like to do a 7.5.1 release with the fixes we currently have, since it's now path related stuff + the click changes.

I'll make a 7.5.2 milestone, move things over, and we can do that.

But also, you could run a git archive and pip install the result. Just make sure there's a tag in the tree you're making an archive from.
