Self hosted and cloud on different pages #479

Hello,
i've the need to use the cloud hosted version in specific pages while for the rest (internal view) the self-hosted version is fine.
I need this beacuse the cloud hosted has plugins that i need for customer facing thing, but it's also limited by the number of instance one can have. In order to limit this i need to use the self-hosted solution.
is there an easy way to have this done? how can i change before rendering the form from where to load the JS?
