migrate project to django-common?

As many projects in JazzBand, django-hosts has a maintenance problem. Issues are not fixed, and most importantly, PRs are not reviewed.
What about transferring the project to django-commons ?

As I mentioned before, I don't have time to actively work on this repo. Additionally, I don't have extensive knowledge in this area. I am unsure about transferring the repository, and I am not the decision-maker in this matter, but it would be great if someone else could take care of the repository.
